For ReturnsWe accept returns on certain products such as our makeup brushes if your return is initiated within 5 days of your order being marked as delivered to you. After these 5 days have passed, we cant offer you a refund or exchange.
The items for your return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in its original packaging.Our Eyelashes and Eye shadow palettes CANNOT be returned due to the nature of these products and for hygiene reasons.
To process a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. If your return meets our return criteria, further instructions will be provided to you on how to return the item(s). Please Note that any of the returned items that are not in its original condition, or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. You will also be responsible to pay for shipping the returned items back to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
When we have received and inspected your returned items, we will alert you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If your refund has been approved, we will process your refund, and the refund will credited back to your original form of payment. It can take 5-7 business days for your bank to put this money back into your account. Exchanges (if applicable)We do not offer exchanges except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged. An exchange request has to be initiated NO LATER than 5 days from the time your order was marked as delivered to you.

We encourage that you use a service that provides tracking information when sending items back to us as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a tracking service.
