RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Ace Beauté (‘ACE BEAUTÉ’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To be able to return a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (your order confirmation number). You assume any risk of parcels lost or damaged during transit and therefore recommend that you insure and / or track your parcel. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track your parcel

  1. Gift sets and limited-edition items may be final sale and not eligible for return.
  2. Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.
MISSING ITEM:

Please contact our Customer Care team at support@acebeaute.com with your order number so we can locate your order quickly and promptly send a replacement following our investigation and assessment. Please note, we are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN 
(a) Check that you meet the above return conditions.
(b) Find your order  number. This can be found on your order confirmation or shipment email.
(c) Please contact our customer care team at support@acebeaute.com
(d) We will verify whether you are entitled to a refund, or replacement with new products, and provide instructions accordingly.

ROUTE INSURANCE

To ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition, we have partnered with Route to offer shipping insurance for all orders.

Route insurance is automatically added to your cart at checkout, and we highly recommend purchasing it. This insurance covers your order in case of damage, theft, or loss during shipping.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you can file a claim with Route to receive a replacement or refund. To do so, contact our customer care team and provide a photo of the damaged product, if applicable. We will submit the claim on your behalf, and Route will handle the rest.

Please note that Route insurance is optional, and you can opt out at checkout. However, we strongly recommend purchasing it to ensure the safety and security of your order. If you choose to opt out of route insurance at checkout, and your package is damaged or stolen during shipping, we won't be able to send out a new package.

PRIVACY

Ace Beauté is committed to protecting your privacy. You may be asked to provide valid photo identification when returning a product so that we can record necessary details. Any personal information collected will be stored and used in accordance with the Ace Beauté Privacy Policy.
