GENERAL QUESTIONS

Afterpay is a service that gives you the ability to make purchases on our site and pay for your order in four interest-free payments, due every two weeks. Afterpay is an option for most purchases over $35, just look for the Afterpay logo when checking out.

Route insurance is automatically added to your cart at checkout, and we highly suggest purchasing it.

This insurance will cover your order in case of damage or theft during shipping. If your package is lost or stolen, or if your order arrives damaged, you can file a claim with Route to receive a replacement or refund.

We offer wholesale on our products. We ask that you please send serious inquiries only to our wholesale program.

Note that there are minimum order values associated with our wholesale program.

PLACING AN ORDER

We are located in West Houston! All our Houston Beauties can save $$ on shipping and pick up their orders at Ace Beauté HQ!

Pickup hours are between 11 am-3 pm Mon-Fri.

We ship worldwide.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay, and Afterpay.

For wholesale, we only accept Wires.

Promo codes can be applied to your order during checkout, in the Order Summary section. Promo codes have expiration dates. Only one promo code can only used at a time.

Sorry we are unable to change existing orders, this includes order with pre-order items. As soon as your order is placed, it gets put into an order processing queue.

SHIPPING

Yes, we offer FREE Standard shipping for domestic orders over $75 (unless otherwise stated) to the continental U.S.

Free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.

To keep shipping costs low for customers, we currently ship all orders via USPS.

Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days for your order to get delivered once it has shipped out.

You should receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships out. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary.

Your shipping fee is dependent on the total weight of your order as well as what country it is being shipped to. At checkout, you will see what your shipping fee will be.

TRACKING

Please allow between 24-48 hours for your tracking link to update once your order has shipped.

Please check your inbox and you spam mail for this email that contains the tracking link. 

Another way to track your order is to pull up the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order. On this email, click the "View Your Order" button and this will take you to a page on our website. If your order has shipped out, you should see your tracking number under the image of the map.

Click on the number and this will direct you to the page where you can track your order. 

Please be patient, shipping couriers handle hundreds of thousands of shipments each week, which can cause slight delays in how quickly their system updates the status of your package.

Sometimes, USPS updates the status of packages and marks them as delivered even though they are still in transit to you.

Please allow a few hours to go by after receiving this alert and it will most likely be delivered to you. If it still hasn't delivered to you, please give USPS a call on 1-(800) 275-8777 to let them know 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns on all items except our makeup brushes.

The makeup brushes must be unused and in New condition as when received to be eligible for a refund.

Customer will be responsible for paying fees associated with shipping the brushes back to us. 

We take great pride in carefully inspecting all goods before they ship out to make sure there is no damage. If for some reason you receive damaged goods, please send us an email to support@acebeaute.com with your order number, and pictures of the damaged goods.

Please title your email: Damaged Goods Received so we can quickly cater to you. Due to nature of our goods, we require you to send the email to us no later than 3 days after your package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier for us to be able to attend to you. 

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed prior to promotions are ineligible for new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, as well as to modify or cancel any promotion due to unforeseen issues.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide! Please keep in mind, that shipping rates for international orders are weight based. We make every effort to keep costs down, but we have no control on courier rates.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs  or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.  Please conduct your research to determine if you will be charged a customs fee. 

We are liable as a company to declare the full value of the products you ordered when filling out customs paper work when your package ships out. Therefore, we cannot declare your package as a gift. We WILL NOT issue refunds if you decide to not pay the customs taxes /duties and have the package sent back to us. 

When you receive your shipment confirmation, you can click on the link to track your order. Through this link, you will be able to track your order up until your order enters your country. Once your order departs the USA through Chicago or New York,  the status of your order will no longer update through that link. The only time it will update again is when the order has been delivered to you. 

Some customers have reported that they have been able to take the tracking number they received from us, and have been able to put that number into their country's local mail service to get more updates on where their order is and when it will be delivered. e.g. for the U.K. enter the tracking number into RoyalMail's website to track your order to see where exactly your order is and when it will be delivered. 

It takes anywhere from 5-15 business days for your order to be delivered. You should receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships out. 

Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. 

It takes anywhere from 7-21 business days for your order to be delivered to you after your package has been shipped. You should receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships out.

Please note that sometimes, the customs in your country can delay your package for as long as they want which will increase estimated delivery time.
