Reformulated Credit

Were you unhappy with the formula in any of our Reformulated Eyeshadow Palettes? If that's the case, we want to turn that frown upside down.

Customers who were previously unsatisfied with our old formula will be eligible for a partial refund. To qualify for a 25% partial refund, you must follow these steps:

1) Purchase your new Reformulated Palette at full price. The new palette MUST be the same as your previous purchase.

2) After you've successfully placed a new order, please use the same email address you used during checkout to fill out the contact form below. Please include both your previous order number and your new order number, as well as the term "Reformulated Credit" in the message field so that we may direct you request to our billing department.

3). A customer support representative will verify your information to process your partial refund for your new purchase! Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to complete.
